ExaMeld is available as a native desktop application for Windows and macOS, and as a browser-based application for Linux and remote server management. All editions share the same feature set.
Windows — Desktop App
ExaMeld for Windows is distributed as an MSI installer that handles all installation and system integration tasks automatically.
System Requirements:
- Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
- .NET 7.0 or later
- 2 GB RAM minimum
- 500 MB free disk space

macOS — Desktop App
ExaMeld for macOS is distributed as a DMG installer supporting both Intel and Apple Silicon architectures.

- macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later
- Intel or Apple Silicon (ARM64)

- 500 MB free disk space

Linux — Browser App
ExaMeld for Linux runs as a self-hosted web server, providing the full ExaMeld interface through your browser. This is also the recommended deployment for managing remote servers from any platform.
System Requirements:
- Ubuntu 20.04 LTS or later, RHEL 8+, or equivalent
- .NET 7.0 runtime
- 2 GB RAM minimum
- 500 MB free disk space
- A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

Command-Line Tools
ExaMeld includes optional CLI utilities for log compression, indexing, and search operations. These can be used independently of the desktop or browser application for integration into automated pipelines and scripts.
